Expert’s controls department is being consolidated and further expanded to ensure continual growth for our automation offerings.
With more controls staff now than ever before, Expert’s automation capacities are growing increasingly stronger. The team includes exceptionally experienced engineers as well as qualified electricians who are constantly developing specific skills for their electrical careers.
The department has now settled into their new office at Expert’s HQ in Coventry, which overlooks one of our shop floors.
Controls & Electrical Engineering – Senior Manager Paul Fletcher said: “We had outgrown our previous space and have now moved into a bigger, refurbished office.
“Currently, we have a dedicated control panel build area with a mezzanine store where we have put in two robot training cells for key customers and we are currently carrying out development work.
“Up skilling and training our staff is important and we have the facilities to be able to do that now.
“The department is constantly growing and as well as wanting to bring in young people as apprentices, we are hoping to add another three members of staff by the end of the year.”
